The contract is between Parriss & Associate Resource Center hereafter known as (the “Business”) and (__________________) hereafter known as (the “Client”) dated (_______________). The client is hiring the Business for the services that will be provided by Marie Holliday as described in the contract.          

1. Marie Holliday will help the client to develop an Initial Business Plan, to include (4) Coaching sessions via teleconference.
2. The maximum time for each coaching session provided by Marie Holliday will be 30 minutes.
3. Marie Holliday will help the client to develop (4) Business Goals to include on the initial business plan, over the course of the (4) coaching session.
4. Marie Holliday will help the client to develop (3) Measurable Objectives (steps) that directly link to each Business Goal, to include in the initial business plan.
5. Marie Holliday will help the client to develop a total of (12) Measurable Objectives (steps) to include in the Initial Business Plan, by the end of the (4th) paid coaching session.
6. The total price for the services of developing the initial business plan, (4) coaching sessions of a maximum time of 30 minutes, to develop (4) business goals, to develop (3) measurable objectives that link to each business goal is $200 dollars.
7. The total amount of $200 dollars can be paid in (4) installments of $50 dollars each for the services as indicated in numbers (1-6) of this contract.  
8. Marie Holliday will provide follow up coaching sessions for returning customers who may need additional coaching support to revise their Business Plan, the cost of each follow up coaching session is $30 dollars for a maximum time of 30 minutes, a receipt will be provided for each paid follow up coaching session.
9. It is understood all services will be conducted via teleconference and a date and time will be scheduled by Marie Holliday for each coaching session.
10. It is understood as stipulated in this contract payment is due at time of service via cash app information for cash app payment will be provided by Marie Holliday after the contract has been signed by both parties.
11. It is understood as stipulated in this contract there is No Refund paid to the client by the Business, once service has been provided by Marie Holliday (No Exceptions). 
12. It is understood either party may terminate this contract with a ten-day written notice. Any non-refundable deposits made and any expenses incurred up to that point will not be refunded.
13. It is understood the contract will automatically terminate once the following services have been provided by Marie Holliday, to help the client develop an initial business plan, to include (4) coaching sessions. To help the client to develop (4) Business goals to include on the initial business plan, over the course of (4) coaching sessions. To help the client to develop (3) measurable objectives that will directly link to each business goal, to include in the initial business plan. It is understood that Marie Holliday will help the client to develop a total of (12) measurable objectives to include in the initial business plan, by the end of the 4th paid Coaching session.
14. It is understood the total cost for the services indicated in number thirteen of this contract is $200 dollars. The $200 dollars can be paid in (4) installments of $50 dollars each or paid in full after the free initial consultation, the completion and submission of customer application and contract.
