For group planning we implement a service retainer of $150.00 which includes:

- Unlimited quotes for the group leader until the package is to satisfaction

- Negotiation for exclusive perks at the resort for the group leader.

- Preparation of website and group booking page which will include ALL information pertaining to the trip.

- Coordination of group excursions/tours.

- Applying guests deposits/Monthly payments.

- Replying to all guest inquiries via email/telephone.

- Serve as a liaison between guests and the resort before, and during travel to ensure a memorable and worry free experience.
