IRMSL Tennis Leagues Brand New Player Form

This form is for adding a BRAND NEW PLAYER to the league &/or someone who does not already have a TopDog account from another league elsewhere - ie pickleball.

NOTE - All information provided below will be verified & any additional available resources will be utilized during the research process. The club pro may also be consulted before the new player is approved for play & given a BENCHMARK or entry rating. These measures are taken to help maintain the quality of play, fairness of competition & overall integrity in each league.
