If you have created a seminar using any of the ThetaHealing techniques (including but not limited to the meditation/roadmap to the Seventh Plane, the Seven Planes of Existence, Digging and Belief Work, and more)  it has to be approved by THInK before it can be taught. Below is the guideline for submitting an Elective Seminar. 

Guidelines for Applying for a ThetaHealing Elective Seminar:

• You have to be a Certificate of Science and Planes of Existence 1 Instructor and taught each of the following seminars a minimum of 3 times to submit an Elective Seminar. 
  • Basic DNA 
  • Advanced DNA 
  • Dig Deeper 
  • Manifesting and Abundance 
  • World Relations 
  • Intuitive Anatomy 
  • Disease and Disorder
  • DNA 3 

• All Elective Seminar proposals have to be submitted to the Board of Directors by June 15 of that year with this form. Applications received after June 15 will be collected and put in for review the following year. 

• The Elective Seminar has to be submitted in final format in English Language:
  • Complete Manual
  • Description of seminar
  • Duration of Seminar

• We recommend to making a short video presentation explaining the seminar to show the Board of Directors.

• Minimum prerequisites of an Elective Seminar are Basic and Advanced.

DO NOT start teaching a seminar using ThetaHealing techniques without approval. This is a violation of your license agreement and can result in loss of your license to teach. 

Continue with this form to apply for the Elective Seminar. Once you continue a nonrefundable application fee will be collected for the review of your proposal. In case any of the agreed Prerequisites are not fulfilled your proposal will be declined immediately. 

After submission the Board of Directors is reviewing your Elective Seminar proposal.
In case of an approval, no changes can be made to the manual nor the seminar without further approval from the Board of Directors. An Elective Seminar is only approved for 2 years at a Time.

At the end of the 2 years the Board of Directors will decide to renew the Elective seminar or remove it.

If your seminar is declined, you can re-submit it the following year. Each year a maximum of one Elective Seminar is approved by THInK.

Thank you for your effort in putting together an Elective Seminar. 
Once you submit this form the nonrefundable application fee will count and at the next 15th of June your elective Seminar will come into review of the Board of Directors. Understand that we receive many proposals each year therefor the restrictions have been increased. 

If your seminar does not get chosen it doesn’t mean that we or the creator does not love you, it simply means that it’s not the right time or that you have to check your seminar again.
