SCHOOL WILL:
- Conduct a Title I Annual Parent Meeting to inform parents and families of students in the Title I Program of their right to be involved.
- Offer meetings at flexible times, provide accessibility, accommodations, and translation services to parents, as requested.

Actively involve parents in planning, reviewing, and improving the Title I Program and the School-level Parent and Family Engagement Plan (PFEP).

Provide high quality curriculum and instruction in a supportine and effective learning environment that enables the participating children to meet the State's student academic achievement standards. A high quality curriculum and instruction will be provided as follows:
Maintain a safe enviroment which encourages leaning and appropriate behavior; offer a rigourous and relevant curriculum thatt improves higher order thinking skills; provide an instructional program that meets the individual needs andencourages the success of all students.
- Hold Parent -teacher conferences, at least annually, during which this compact will be discussed as it related to the individual child's student achievement (Grades K-5 only). A description of how and when conferences will be held are as follows:
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held: September 28, 2022; December 7, 2022; February 22, 2022; May 10, 2022.
- Provide Parents with frequent reports on their child's progress The school will provide reports as follows [Dates(s) and time(s)]
Progress Reports will be available: September 23, 2022; December 2, 2022; February 17, 2022; April 14, 2022.
Failure Notice Reports will be available; October 7, 2022; December 16, 2022; May 19, 2023 (for specific students only)
- Provide parents reasonable access to staff. Staff will be available for consultation with parents as follows:
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held: September 28, 2022; December 7, 2022; February 22, 2022; May 10, 2022.
Parents may request to have to have additional meetings with counselors, teachers and administrators as needed by appointment. The CIS is available from 7:30 am-3:00pm.
- Provide parents opportunities to volunteer, participate, and observe their child's classroom activities. A description of the types of opportunities provided are as follows:
Once parents become approved School Volunteers, they are able to participate /volunteer in events during and after-school hours. In addition, to Title I Program provides monthly informational and educational Parent Academy Workshops.
