Damage Policy

All initial damage claims MUST be reported prior to installation of the product. Deus Modern is not liable for products damaged during the installation process.

In the rare instance of a lost or stolen item, Deus Modern will not be held responsible. Package liability is turned over to the customer at the time of shipment. We provide shipping confirmation with tracking information to the customer as soon as the order ships. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and anticipate its arrival. Deus Modern will not be responsible for claims of theft when proof of delivery is verified by the shipping carrier.

 

The photos required for damage claims are as follows:

• Damaged merchandise inside the box displayed as it arrived to you and packaging material.
• Clear photo of shipping label with tracking number.
• Damaged item outside of the box - Please ensure damage is clearly visible.
• 1 photo displaying the top with 2 sides of the shipping box visible.
• 1 photo displaying the bottom with the remaining 2  sides of the shipping box.

Please verify all sides of the shipping box are visible in the photos.
