This form is for current residents of The Daumier that are interesting in transferring their lease to a current WesternU Student, Staff, or Faculty member that does NOT already have an active lease for the current lease period. Information submitted to this form will be shared on the Daumier Website to aid you in finding another WesternU Student, Staff, or Faculty member to which you may potentially transfer your lease. This form is only an aid, and in no way guarantees approval of a lease transfer request. We recommend that you also post an ad on the WesternU You Portal, as many individuals seeking housing will search on the You Portal. Please be sure to review the entire Lease Transfer Process prior to posting. Additionally, please let the Leasing & Management Team know if you have any questions about the process or this form. This is the date you would like for the Transferee to take over your current lease. Please keep in mind, you must allow minimum of 3 business days for the processing of the Lease Transfer documentation. We recommend you plan and submit paperwork well in advance of the move-out/move-in dates. Additionally, you must fully vacate your unit and check-out with the management office prior to the new lease checking-in. Please note that the deadline to complete a lease transfer for any lease term is May 15th. Lease transfers for beyond this date in any lease term, can only be considered if the incoming resident has a signed lease agreement for the immediate future term.
