Mensalidade mensal de 350,00 u$$ dólares a serem pagos todas as primeiras semanas do mês.
Certificado que conforme forneci no meu formulário de inscrição estão corretas.
Recebi e compreendo todos os custos e taxas do programa para o meu programa de estudo
Concordo em pagar todas as taxas dos cursos até ou no primeiro dia de aula. Estou ciente de que um imposto de pagamento atrasado 25 por semana é cobrado para pagamentos pendentes.
Entendo que farei um teste de nivelamento antes ou chegar à Scholl e serei colocado no melhor nível de minha habilidade com base nesses testes.
Após o início das aulas: É necessário um aviso prévio mínimo de duas semanas. Os alunos que ativarem os programas de Línguas Maiores Proporcionalmente serão reembolsados – a taxa de duração de menos 2 – menos 5% do restante.
Se um aluno voltar para casa por causa da doença imediatamente, morte na família ou progressão imediata da doença, o último nível de proficiência, a penalidade de 25% não será aplicada. Os alunos devem entregar a documentação adequada para antecipar a entrega.
Os alunos a partir da tarde podem deixar a escola e retornar a perda com a aprovação mais do Diretor do Centro.
Apenas para programas interculturais e outros programas especiais/pacote: Language, após o primeiro programa, não haverá reembolso e qualquer saldo não pago será devido imediatamente Plus.
Os reembolsos serão enviados ao aluno/responsável normalmente dentro de trinta (30) dias de saída do centro. As taxas de correio e bancárias serão deduzidas, se aplicável. Nenhum reembolso será dado antes que os alunos deixem a escola, exceto reembolsos de hospedagem, quando aplicável.
Qualquer interrupção para ser autorizada a seguir como regras/requisitos de Imigração e através da aprovação das políticas da Internexus. Presença: Mínimo de 80% e nota mínima média de: 75%.
I understand that if I come on an I-20, I must attend an English school for at least one TERM.STARTING on 3 months base To transfer legally to another school, your grades and attendance have to be the minimum required by the English school policies. In order to accept a transfer, we must receive a Letter of Acceptance and a Transfer Form filled out, dated, and signed by the student from the new school.
I understand that it is highly recommended that I have medical insurance during my stay at English school . I should show proof of insurance or purchase a policy recommended by Internexus at the time of registration. If I do not, I am responsible for all medical costs incurred for any reason while in the USA.
Medical Authorization: If you are under 18 your parent or guardian must sign this section.
Medical Leave Request: You must have a note from a medical Doctor explaining the reasons why the student can’t attend classes.
“I authorize qualified medical diagnosis and treatment of injury to the student and authorize the release of medical information for treatment and insurance purposes. I understand that I am responsible for medical expenses outside the limits of any applicable medical insurance and that preexisting health conditions are not covered by health insurance.”
