• An applicant rejected by the school shall be entitled to a refund of all monies paid, less the non-refundable $100 registration fee.

• If a student cancels enrollment in writing and demands a refund
  within 3 business days of the signing of the enrollment agreement, he/ she shall be entitled to a refund of all monies, less the non-refundable $50 application fee. This policy applies regardless of whether or not the student has actually started training.

• If a student cancels his/her contract after 3 business days but prior to entering class, he/she shall be entitled to a refund of all monies paid to the school less the non-refundable $50 application fee and $100 registration fee.

• Enrollment time is defined as the time elapsed between the actual starting date and the date of the student’s last day of physical attendance in college. Any monies due the applicant or student shall be refunded within 45 days of cancellation by the student or termination by the college, which shall occur no more than 30 days from the last day of physical attendance, or in the case of a leave of absence, the earlier of the date the student notifies the school he/she will not be returning or the expiration date of the leave. For students who enroll in and begin class, the following refund schedule will apply:

• When situations of mitigating circumstances such as illness, disabling accident, death in the immediate family, or other circumstances beyond the control of the student are in evidence, the school may provide a refund that exceeds the refund policy.

• The cost of the kit and supplies are non-refundable once issued.

• Students who terminate prior to program completion will be charged a $150.00 termination fee.

• If the school is permanently closed, the student is entitled to a pro-rata refund.

• If the school cancels the program before the student starts, the college will provide a full refund.

• The school does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon program/course completion or upon graduation.

• The school reserves the right to reschedule the program start date when the number of students scheduled is too small.

• The school will not be responsible for any statement of policy or procedure that does not appear in the school catalog.

• The school reserves the right to discontinue the student’s training for unsatisfactory progress, nonpayment of tuition, or failure to abide by school rules.

• The school does not guarantee the transferability of credits to a college, university, or institution. Any decision on the comparability, appropriateness, and applicability of credits and whether they should be accepted is the decision of the receiving institution.

• All transfer hours are examined on a case-by-case basis. Students who have received barbering courses from another institution may receive credit after the transcripts have been reviewed by the program director.

• This document does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted in writing by all parties.

I, the undersigned, have read and understand this agreement and acknowledge receipt of a copy. It is further understood and agreed that this enrollment agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous verbal or written agreements and may not be modified without the written agreement of the student and the school official. I also understand that if I default upon this agreement, I will be responsible for payment of any collection fees or attorney fees incurred by Students 2 Masters Barber College, LLC.

My signature below signifies that I have read and understand all aspects of this agreement and do recognize my legal responsibilities in regard to this contract.
