PLEASE READ BEFORE FILLING OUT THE BOOKING REQUEST FORM!

• Must be 18+, no exceptions

• I charge by the hour, my current rate is $200 an hour. An estimate will be given in the reply to your request. Once booked, my rate will not change for that tattoo, however the estimate may if any changes are made to the design including but not limited to, size and/or placement

• PLEASE check your junk/spam mail for my reply, most of the time it'll end up there

• My booking assistant or I will get back to you within 1-3 business days, you will be provided with a quote and some dates options. Dates fill up fast so please reply promptly to secure your appointment

• I do not tattoo "tiny tattoos" or tattoos without shading. Larger scale pieces are prioritized as well as anything that aligns with my style (as seen on Instagram or my website). All designs will be my original artwork and not copied from reference or other artists

• Designs are NOT sent out prior to appointment and will be available to view ONLY at the time of the appointment. Some designs will be drawn onto your body at the time of the appointment (most floral designs)

• I am located in West Hillhurst NW, Calgary in a private shop called Obsidian Ink. Due to limited space we ask that you do not bring any extra guests to your appointment. The shop has free all day parking!

I understand that a $100 (plus GST) non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment once your design is approved and you have been provided with a price. The deposit is taken off of the grand total. No deposit = no appointment.

I understand that my deposit is only transferable ONE time. In order to reschedule you must provide 48 hours notice. Anything less will result in a forfeit deposit. Cancellations will not receive a refund for said deposit.
