To consign with us, you must agree to ALL terms of our contract.
Please fill out your name and a list of each item along with phone number, full name, and email when dropping off items.
-Consignors receive 50% of the selling price of their items.
-YMM Consignment has the right to refuse items for any reason.
-After the inital sorting process, if your items have been accpeted into our inventory they will be tagged and added to our consignment system. These items will remain in our inventory for up to 5 months maximum. After 5 months, any unsold items will be donated.
-Any items that are NOT accepted into our inventory, will be immediately donated.
-Prices are determined by YMM Consignment to sell your items quickly
-Clothing stays advertised for 30 days before going on sale
-Payouts are made via e-transfer over $20 (by request), or any amount as store credit
-We are not responsible for loss or damage.
-We suggest consignors not consign items they are not comfortable parting with.
-We proudly donate to local charities and small businesses.
-Items MUST be washed before drop-off (unless new with tags). If they are not, we reserve the right to charge a 10% laundry fee to any sold items or they may not be accepted.
*If this contract is not signed, we cannot place your items into our inventory system.
