Multifarious Studios Photography/Videography Service Agreement:

I understand that my session is not confirmed until the non-refundable $100 deposit is paid in full to Multifarious Studious. Deposits are ONLY accepted via Paypal, Stripe, CashApp, or Customed Invoice. When I "submit" this form, I will be redirected to Paypal or the form of payment previously stated to complete my deposit. I understand that my remaining session balance is due before each session. Should the remaining/final balance not be paid, my images will not be released.

Multifarious Studious sessions will remain within the scheduled time frame. If client needs to reschedule, contact: Multifarious Studious (email) and ( phone#) within 48 hours' of reserved session time/date. Otherwise, I forfeit the transfer of my retainer for a new session date. Session must be rescheduled within two weeks of the original session date.

I commission Multifarious Studios, the photographer/videographer, to photograph myself, spouse, children, and affiliates durning the session. I hereby grant and understand that Multifarious Studious may use images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., at no compensation.
