The Cost of the Mediation
26. Measured Mediation & Professional Services offers fixed fee Mediation, no matter how many sessions you require to resolve your dispute. Our total service fees are $3,000 which can be paid in full or in payment schedules. If paid in full, we offer a 5% discount, bringing the total down to $2850. This is often paid by the person requesting or seeking mediation to resolve the matters in dispute. If this person would like to request financial reimbursement from the other party(ies) involved, this can be added to the agenda items and discussed in mediation. Alternatively, if all parties have agreed prior to mediation, to share the combined costs, this will be arranged and included in the client registration forms and payment schedules.

If parties have court filing fees for any services, both parties will be notified in advance and both parties will share equally unless the parties agree otherwise. This is completely separate to our services and is only applicable if you have elected to have your matter decided in court.
