Rules and Regulation

East Plano Islamic Center is not responsible for loss or damages to vendor's property.
Vendors are responsible for remaining within their booth area and keeping this area clean. Property outside the approved space will be disposed of.
Unclean booths may be banned from future events.
Any disturbance caused by a vendor will result in immediate removal of booth and property from the site.
Vendor is responsible for all sales to it's customers.
Vendors are responsible for their own taxes and tax IDs.

All foods/products must be from Halal sources according to Islam.
All food vendors must have liability insurance and must provide it to EPIC Management.
Bake sale food sale is limited to only packaged items purchased from a retail store. Packaged items can be opened and sold individually. Food cannot be home made. (liability insurance will be waived)
Jumuah Prayer vendors should have booths setup before the time of first Jumuah Khutbah begins
Friday night vendors sale is from 5pm - 11pm.
Jumuah Prayer timings are between 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm (November - March) and 1:30- 4:30 pm during Daylight Saving Time (March - November)
There will be a maximum of 2 vendors unless there is a special EPIC event.
