I'm Whitney and I'm so excited you're here! I first want to thank you for taking a few moments to complete this hair extension pre-consultation form.

The goal with this form is to get to know your hair and hair goals, which will help me determine if you're a great fit for hair extensions. Completing this form will also help me be able to narrow down a price range for your specific goals and help answer some of your questions along the way.

Let's chat about hair color!

Every set of extensions can be custom colored to match your hair if needed. This is a HUGE part of what makes the service I offer so natural and seamless. These questions are to help me understand where your hair is now and what your goals are for your hair color so I can get you an accurate price quote.

Follow the instructions below and show me some photos of your current hair AND some inspiration photos on the next steps.

These photos will help determine if you're a good applicant for hair extensions. This will save time for both you and I and help narrow down a price range for you.

Don't be nervous! I don't need to see your face, just your hair! Feel free to put an emoji over your face if you're not comfortable. This is solely to see your current hair.

• Must be photos of your current hair.
• Use your cell phone.
• It's way easier if someone else takes the photo for you, but you can also set your timer and take a step back to ensure ALL of your hair is in the photo.
• Take in natural lighting (no flashes, please).
• You will take two-/three photos - Front, back, and side (side is optional but appreciated).

First Time Clients

In order to book an install appointment, there is a $500 non-refundable retainer. Retainer is applied toward the overall cost of the appoinment, with the remaining balance due the day of service.

Your first appointment includes:

• 100% human hair extensions
• Color for your wefts (if needed)
• Installation of your new hair
• Cut to blend your new hair 
• Style 
• Photos

The initial investment typically ranges (retainer incuded) from:

18" hair $800-$1600

22" hair $1100-$2200

This total is narrowed down during your consultation and is based on where your hair is currently, what you hair goals are and what will be needed to flawlessly blend your extensions to your natural hair.

Maintenance Appointments

• $135/hour
• Scheduled every 6-9 weeks
• **Does not include color**

Extension wefts should be replaced every 6-12 months, depending on the quality of care taken at home between salon visits, but can be replaced sooner if you choose. 

Policies Overview

A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment. You may reschedule your initial appointment once.

Canceled appointments forfeit retainers.

All retainers are non-refundable.
