This is only an availability inquiry form. A reservation will only be made after submission of complete requirements. If it will be your first time to board with us, we highly recommend to inquire and prepare the requirements one or two months in advance.
Pre-Boarding Requirements

*These requirements will be only submitted once after your initial boarding with us.

1. Must be physically healthy and showing no signs of illness for the past month

2. Complete and updated vaccines and deworming at least a month prior

3. Negative for FeLV/FIV and FIP

4. Male cats must have already been neutered prior to boarding. Intact males will only be accommodated during off-peak dates.

5. No ringworm

6. Active anti-tick and flea treatment

7. Not undergoing medication

8. Clean body and trimmed nails

Please submit soft copies of the vet booklet showing history of vaccine, deworming and anti-tick and flea treatments, and the FeLV/FIV test kit and result as these will be used to determine acceptance for boarding and to proceed with the reservation. Cat who test positive for either one, FeLv/FIV or FIP, will not be accommodated.
