This is only an availability inquiry form. A reservation will only be made after submission of complete requirements. If it will be your first time to board with us, we highly recommend to inquire and prepare the requirements one or two months in advance.
Pre-Boarding Requirements

*These requirements will be only submitted once after your initial boarding with us.

1. Must be physically healthy and showing no signs of illness for the past month

2. Complete and updated vaccines and deworming at least a month prior

3. Negative for FeLV/FIV and FIP

4. Male cats must have already been neutered prior to boarding. Intact males will only be accommodated during off-peak dates.

5. No ringworm

6. Active anti-tick and flea treatment

7. Not undergoing medication

8. Clean body and trimmed nails

Please submit soft copies of the vet booklet showing history of vaccine, deworming and anti-tick and flea treatments, and the FeLV/FIV test kit and result as these will be used to determine acceptance for boarding and to proceed with the reservation. Cat who test positive for either one, FeLv/FIV or FIP, will not be accommodated.

How old is your cat?
Only kittens who are at least 8 months of age and who have complete vaccines will be accommodated.
When is your cat's birthday?
Please give an estimate or you can use the date of rescue. A date can be entered as MM/YYYY.
Does your cat have complete and updated 4-in-1 and rabies vaccines?
Cats must have their vaccines updated and completed a month before boarding to allow for enough downtime between vaccination and boarding.
For male cats, is he already neutered? If 'No', he will only be accepted during off-peak season.
Does your cat have anti tick and flea treatment?
Is your cat's deworming updated?
All new cat guests are required to take the FeLv/FIV test to ensure that they are ready to share the same space with other cats. The test is done at the vet and ranges from P1,000 to P1,500.00 per cat and only takes 15 minutes. Are you willing to get your cat tested as one of the pre-boarding requirements?
Did your cat just recover from a parasite infestation (etc. fleas, ticks, mites)?
Did your cat just recover from an illness, bacterial, viral or fungal infection like ringworm in the past month?
Preferred Boarding Dates
We require a downpayment of 50% of the total cost of boarding as a reservation. Cancellations will only incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of boarding during peak boarding dates if cancelled a week before check in date. Payments are made via bank transfers, GCash and cash payments. Are you okay with this?
If you have the complete requirements (updated vaccines and deworming and negative FeLv/FIV test) ready you can upload them now so we can reserve immediately if your dates are available. But you can also upload them after we have confirmed that your preferred dates are available.
