Termly Fees
Termly fees are charged based on Pro Rata fees for 9-10 lessons per term. This amount can be paid termly or in instalments over 3 months.

1. This option only requires 1 month's paid notice.
2. Once classes are at capacity, Termly enrolments will no longer be accepted.
3. No loyalty discounts, or hold on account in case of emergency are applicable to termly enrolments.

Annual Membership
Annual fees are charged based on Pro Rata fees for 38-40 lessons per school year with big savings, and public holidays accounted for. This amount can be paid once off or in instalments charged monthly with annual increases in January of each year.

1. This option requires one term/ 3 calendar months' paid notice.
2. 20% discount for all group class fees on accounts with more than 5 active program enrolments.

*Please contact our office if you would like to pay your full year's lessons upfront for an additional 10% discount on our annual rates.

Term Dates
Creative programs run concurrently with the Public School calendar in South Africa as far as possible, with 9–10 lessons each term. Fees have been set as monthly instalments and are fixed regardless of the date of enrollment. Lessons will be charged based on the preference of enrollment duration.

Dress Code
It is the Guardian/Client's responsibility to ensure that the Client/Student abides by the dress code of the relevant program, and lesson needs, which may entail additional expense to the account holder. Please read through the attached Info Document, also available on the links above.

Missed Lessons
Should a student be absent from a program they are registered in, for any reason, fees for that period will remain payable. Catch-up lessons will only be considered in cases of:

Teacher absence
Extreme medical emergency (hospitalisation or contagious illness with a doctor’s note)

Catch-ups are subject to teacher availability and discretion. No other exceptions will be made. Catch-ups are not guaranteed, transferable, credited, or refundable.

In the event that a teacher is absent and a qualified substitute is arranged, the class will proceed as scheduled. If a student or parent chooses to decline the substitute, the lesson will be forfeited, and no catch-up or credit will be offered. If a substitute is not available, a catch-up lesson will be arranged based on teacher availability.

Please note that no catch-ups, refunds, or credits will be given for classes falling on public holidays, school holidays as per the Education Department calendar, or during periods of planned Studio closure (these dates are provided in our term calendar).

Notice to Unenroll
Should you wish to terminate your participation in an extramural program, advance written & paid notice of one calendar month is required for termly enrolments, and 3 months (1 term) paid notice for annual memberships. Notice may not be given during December/January of any calendar year. If not received, we assume that you will continue participation in the program. Rejoining any program after giving notice will carry a reactivation fee. Time slots and classes will not be kept open for returning students and may not be available.

Lesson Slots & Schedule Changes
Should you wish to change your enrollment or time slots in any way, please communicate with our office directly via email to confirm changes. No changes or notice will be applied to verbal conversations.

Child Safeguarding
Underage students will not be allowed to leave The Studio without a guardian. Parents are requested to fetch their children directly from the waiting area. Although we will always have qualified staff at the venue during lesson times, timeous pickup & drop-off remain the responsibility of the parent and aftercare fees may be applicable for unreasonably late pick-ups. Our aftercare & Childminding staff leave at 5pm, and after that it is parents' & students' responsibility to pack away any toys used during this time.
