Nomination Form: PPN Representative on the Special Policy Committee for Housing, Community and Culture
It is the task of the SPCs, as committees of the Council, to advise and assist the Council in the formulation, development and review of policy. The SPC system is intended to give Elected Members and relevant Sectoral Interests an opportunity for full involvement in the policy making process from the early stages.

Please read and fill out this nomination form if you wish to be considered for a vacancy on the Housing, Community and Culture SPC. The closing date for nominations is 5pm on Tuesday 25th October.

There is 1 vacancy on the Community and Culture SPC.

Those wishing to be nominated must for the seat must:
- Be part of an organisation registered with Leitrim PPN.
- Be from the Community and Voluntary Pillar.
- Be over 18yrs of age.
- Be willing to dedicate time to attend meetings and related.
- Adhere to Leitrim PPN's Code of Conduct.
How do we choose who fills the vacancies?

When all nominations are received, we will review each nominee's eligibility and where more nominations are received for seats available, we will hold an election for that vacancy. This will involve holding a meeting and circulating your biography for Leitrim PPN members to cast their vote.
