Notice to Address the Attacks on the People’s Right to Assemble
Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent and Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal
I, one of the People, of the 50 American States (as seen in the 50 State Constitutions), Sui Juris, do present you with this notice that you may provide the People with clarity and provide immediate due care:
Please take notice that, as one of the People, I have seen the Governors, Sheriffs, President, Congressmen, Senators, Mayors, Judges, Attorneys General, School Boards, Police, various Administrative/Legislative/Judicial branch officials and/or employees, and quasi-government (such as, CDC and NIH) employees attacking the People’s right to assemble, as well as Federal/State/Local Governments allocating incentive money in the form of tax breaks, tax credits, and income grants to businesses and other entities to restrict the People’s right to assemble. (See evidence below)
Maxim of Law: A hidden intention is bad and disfavored in law. 2 Bluster 179.
Maxim of Law: intentions ought to be subservient to [or in accordance with] the laws, not the laws to intentions. Co Litt. 314a, 314b.
Please take notice that all government servants in America, must act under the authority granted and limited by our Constitutions. Any government servant, acting lawfully in America, will never violate the Peoples reserved, sacred, inalienable, rights, nor will they give incentive for others to violate them;
Please take notice that the People have assembled together and consulted for our common good and we realize that you, as our Trustees and Servants, have both violated our right to assemble and may have passed laws, issued orders, and otherwise acted, or authorized other entities to attack this right of the People of America. That the people have a right to assemble together to worship the Creator, to consult for their common good, to instruct their Representatives, and to apply to the Legislature for redress of grievances, by address, petition or remonstrance; is without question;
It is therefore, my wish, order and demand that you present where in your trust indenture you have been granted authority to attack the People’s reserved right to assemble. Along with that evidence, show constitutional authority, from the People, where you may authorize any entity to be used against the People and their private rights. The People are the creators of government and all authority must come from We, the People (see evidence below):
Reserved Right of the People: The right of petition, and of the people peaceably to assemble for the common good, shall never be abridged. Arizona Constitution, Article II, Section 5.
Reserved Right of the People: That the people have a right to assemble together to consult for their common good--to instruct their Representatives--and to apply to the Legislature for redress of grievances, by address, petition or remonstrance. Vermont Constitution, Chapter I, Article 20.
Reserved Right of the People: That the freedoms of speech and of the press are among the great bulwarks of liberty, and can never be restrained except by despotic governments; that any citizen may freely speak, write, and publish his sentiments on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right; that the General Assembly shall not pass any law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, nor the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for the redress of grievances. Virginia Constitution, Article I, Section 12. See similar in the US constitution and 47 of the 50 State constitutions.
Reserved Right: That all power of suspending laws, or the execution of laws, by any authority, without consent of the representatives of the people, is injurious to their rights, and ought not to be exercised. Virginia Constitution, Article I, Section 7.
Maxim of Law: All political power is inherent in the people by decree of God, thus none can exist except it be derived from them. American Maxim
Maxim of Law: The main object of government is the protection and preservation of personal rights, private property, and public liberties, and upholding the law of God. American Maxim
Please take notice that government is to protect the rights of the People and must derive their power from the same, therefore, the government must never violate the Peoples rights. (see evidence below):

Please take notice that, as Trustees, if you should Commit, or allow any official governmental actions or encourage any other entity to attack these rights of the People of America you are in violation of our reserved absolute right for the People to assemble, and you are acting in unison with any entity that you have given incentive to violate our right to assemble and are committing a trespass against the People. I therefore demand, by right, for you, as a Trustee, to present the above-mentioned proof and evidence of the authority to restrict or encourage others to restrict the People’s right to assemble within 5 days and to make a public statement in which you swear, by Affidavit, that you have this authority. Any failure to respond with the above-mentioned affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, within 5 days, means that you agree that you are knowingly, with malice, and intent, allowing an unlawful violation of the rights of the People you have sworn to protect.
