  • Client agrees to pay a one-time registration fee of $150

    This covers the time and administrative tasks required to activate your brand with TLC Sampling. This cost will be added to your first invoice. 

    Registration includes, but is not limited to:

    • Brand discovery and goal allignment between Client and TLC Sampling
    • SKU info and entry, such as pricing, prioritization, purchase requirements, and expectations
    • Integration of Client’s brand info and products into TLC Sampling’s scheduling, reporting, and training platforms
    • Development, upload, and maintenance of brand-specific ambassador training materials and talking points
    • Initial and ongoing coordination and strategic discussions with Client, distributors, and participating accounts

    Standard Demo Info & Rates

    • Off-Premise/Retail
    • 3.5 hours
      • 3 hours active sampling
      • 30 min set-up/clean-up and reporting
    • Includes 1 dedicated trained ambassador
    • Includes scheduling on your behalf
    • Includes standard recap and photos
    • Rates:
      • Reimbursements will be billed
      • Additional Ambassadors requested will be billed at the hourly rates listed below
      • Non-Holiday Rate: $225  (Addtl Hrs: $65)
      • Holiday Rate:$250 (Addtl Hrs: $72)
    • Available discounts:
      • Prepay for 10 demo/month: $2,000 
      • $5 off per demo that is "self-booked"
        • We will supply the template to communicate bookings with us including terms and conditions

    Special Events Info & Rates

    • On-Premise Events, Festivals, Fundraisers, etc
    • 3.5 hour minimum
    • Incudes the same services as a standard demo, plus
      • TLC Manager on-site
      • Extra event photos
      • (3) Social Media Posts
        • (2) prior to event
        • (1) day of event
    • Additional services may be added at Client's discretion. All additional services will be discussed and pricing agreed upon prior to event execution. Available add-on services include, but are not limited to:
      • Branded tent set-up
      • Delivery & distribution of branded merch
      • Ambassadors in "brand unform"
      • Raffles & Giveways
      • Decor, print materials, etc
    • Rates:
      • Additional Ambassadors requested will be billed at the hourly rates listed below
      • NonHoliday Rate: $260  (Addtl Hrs: $75hr)
      • Holiday Rate: $290 (Addtl Hrs: $85hr)

    If you'd like to have an event outside of our standard service areas, drive-time and milege will apply.
