Let's focus on your personal goals and customize a pilates program that works for you. I currently offer 1:1 in-studio sessions and virtual coaching. If you are new to working with me, I suggest purchasing an intro session. During the intro session we will go through a health questionaire and your movement history. We will also go through a few pilates exercises to get you familiar with the pilates method and to demonstrate how various exercises can be used to support and challenge the body.

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a full-body movement practice that integrates the mind and body. It is a functional form of fitness.
I am certified to teach various pilates formats on the following apparatus': mat, reformer, cadillac, barrel, EXO chair, and springboard.
I want to try pilates but I don't know where to start.
If you are new to starting a pilates practice I suggest trying my weekly Zoom-ilates Community Class. If you'd like to start private lessons, I suggest booking an introductory session.
I want to try pilates but I have an injury. How do I know if pilates is safe for me?
If you have any injuries I suggest consulting your health care provider and/or physical therapist. After you've been cleared, I will be able to make an assessment and create modifications for your pilates practice.
