  • Request for Services

We are so glad you have reached out to us and would like to try our services. Please complete this form in as much detail as you are comfortable providing. If you are in crisis and need to speak to someone immediately, please call our free, confidential 24/7 helpline at 859-253-2511. A trained advocate will always answer and is ready to talk to you.
  • We do not accept requests for service from third parties, unless it is from a survivor's parent/guardian or a DCBS child protective services worker.

We are glad that you are here and that you want to help the survivor you care about. We can work with you to determine whether and how you could discuss directly with the survivor the services we offer and how you could support them in reaching out to us themselves to request services.

If you would like us to contact you about how to encourage or support your loved one to reach out to us for services, please fill out the form with your name and contact information and select that you are seeking services for "myself" below.

  • We are glad that you are here and that you want to help the survivor you care about.

We provide services to survivors of sexual violence and anyone who supports them. If you have a loved one who has experienced sexual violence, we are happy to provide you with support too.

We do not accept requests by third parties on behalf of someone else, unless it is a child or an adult with a legal guardian. We accept requests directly from adult survivors and their loved ones who want services for themselves.

We can work with you to determine whether/how to discuss directly with the survivor the services we offer and how you could support them in reaching out to us. If you have questions, please call us at 859-253-2511.
