    Welcome to the SBB Salon Family, we can't wait to meet you soon! All new guests start working with us here with a digital consultation form. This allows us to get to know you and your hair goals so that we can ensure your inital appointment is booked correctly. This form will also help me determine whether or not your service preferences align with the services I currently provide in order to ensure you have the best possible experience! You will receive an email or a text within 48 hours to book your in-person consultation appointment. Please note that SBB may or may not accept every new client request.   • PRICING & SCHEDULING

    First time guests can expect an initial investment of $600-$3,000+ to create your dream hair! Pricing is determined by the amount of hair and rows needed to complete the desired look. An exact quote will ONLY be provided at the consultation.

    The deposit amount due to reserve your appointment on our schedule, decided upon during your in-person consultation, is non-refundable. Once paid, there are no refunds or exchanges issued. If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so a least 48 hours before your appointment. Anything less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. This quote expires 14 days from the date of the consultation.

    Hair extensions are a luxury service and must be treated as such. Clients will be informed of the at-home care procedure during their consultation.

    We take clients on Mondays, Tuesdays, every other Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays, with the first client starting at 9:00AM and the last client starting at 4:00PM.

    MAINTENANCE

    We require the extentions to be re-adjusted every 6-9 weeks. The re-adjustment pricing does not include coloring, or a wash and style and is listed below:

    $175 per row

    $100 per mini row

    Extension hair must be replaced every 6-12 months, depending on a few variables. 

  • Liability Waiver

    Please sign at the bottom of the form to agree to the terms listed below. 

    I understand that the service is final once the application is started. Once the hair has been fitted to your head the hair can no longer be returned.


    In the event that I no longer want to wear/have the extensions, I am still responsible for the total payment of services performed.


    I agree to let my stylist know of any allergies. And I understand that if any allergic reactions occur, my stylist is not responsible. Including but not limited to silicone or metal allergies or contact dermatitis.


    I agree to never cut, remove, color, perm, or use any other chemicals on my extensions other than what my stylist has approved.

     

    I understand that I will see shedding of natural hair during my maintenance appointment. This is normal and should not be interpreted as hair that is damaged from the extensions.

     

    I acknowledge that the risk of any damage to my hair or scalp is lowered by keeping regular maintenance appointments and following proper home care.

     

    (IF NATURALLY SOURCED WAVY HAIR IS PURCHASED)

    **I understand that the wavy hair is soucred from people who had naturally wavy hair, and therefore there is some variation in the amount of wave in each pack of wavy hair. There will be no exchanges or refunds allowed based on the wave pattern.

    Cancellation Policy

    Our appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes things need to be changed or even cancelled. 

    All appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you do not cancel an appointment within the requested time frame, you understand that a fee representing 20% of the total services booked will be added to your profile and must be paid before you may book another appointment.

    Emergencies will be taken into consideration.

     

    Redo Policy

    I understand that once you get home and live in your new hair for a few days that you may find some adjustments need to be made. I am happy to make those minor adjustments that align with our original consultation within 3 days of the original service. Adjustments that alter the original plan, or that are made more than 3 days after the original appointment will require payment. I do not provide refunds.

     

    Group Appointments

    Respectfully, I request that all childcare arrangements be made prior to your appointment. There are lots of sharp tools, hot tools, and chemicals and this can be dangerous when kids are sitting through long appointments. I kindly request that only those who are receiving services be present in the salon due to limited space and for everyone’s safety.
