Participant Information Sheet
We are undertaking a university course on research methods at the University of Queensland (course code: ENVM7003). As part of this course, we are required to undertake a group research project, which forms a key part of the course assessment. We kindly seek your assistance with this research project on investigating the public preferences, consumption, and behavioural factors when purchasing seafood.
The purposes of this research project are to understand if education can effectively influence consumer preference in a way that is more environmentally and nutritionally optimal. The outcomes of this research project will be shared with other students enrolled in the course and the teaching team as part of a group presentation series at the end of the semester. The data collected for this research project are for learning purposes only and will not be placed in the public domain.
Participant information
The research is being carried out by De Wet Retief (41772832), Greys Palma (47119466), Bryan Pang (45695779) and Felix at The University of Queensland.

What is involved?
This research project will involve questionnaires with students at The University of Queensland. The questionnaire will involve a series of questions about their personal information and history, their experience eating seafood, and their perception of seafood's nutritional and environmental value.
The questionnaire will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and will be a series of multiple choice, short and long answer questions.
