Cancellation Policy
I understand that occasionally clients need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so , I ask for at least a 48hr notice. Anything less will incur a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of the treatment that was booked.
Patterned rescheduling will not be allowed. No call /No Show will be treated under this policy.
These policies are in place to protect my time , and also allow those on the cancellation list to be contacted . Thank you for understanding.
Adjustment Policy
Please contact me within 7 days of your qppointment if you require an adjustment or have any issues. Since time and product can not be refunded I do not provide refunds. However I always want to work together to find a solution
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may have to forgo finish styling (ie blow drying etc) or reschedule the appointment all together. If rescheduled it would be handled under the cancellation policy.
