First Reconciliation Preparation Registration Form

Welcome to the West Middlesex Catholic Family of Parishes Sacramental Preparation Program! We will begin by registering for the First Reconciliation Preparation Program. Please fill in and submit the form below.

Requirements to attend - Must attend Sunday Mass prior to attending weekly sessions.
Fee for both sacraments is $50. e-transfer to the office, pay cheque, or in person.

Registration for First Communion preparation will be posted in November.

The number of families will be limited to 24 for each Option.
Kits will be distributed at the first class.
