Application for the 27th annual Oktoberfest in downtown Campbell. The dates of the show are October 15th& 16th, 2022.
Set up will begin at 7:00 AM on October 15th Spaces will be held until 7:30 AM, after which time all spaces and fees will be forfeited.
Show hours are from 9:30 AM to 6 PM Saturday and 5PM Sunday. Displays may remain up Saturday night, but no merchandise
may be left, as you are responsible.
All items displayed must be original work. Each artist must provide
their own set up and display; including panels, tables, canopies, etc.. No mats or rugs are allowed. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN FIRE
EXTINGUISHER as more city fire departments are requiring this as any tablecloths or coverings be flame retardant.
Power access is available inside. Please make note in your registration form that you will need power and what for.
Please throw away all garbage in provided garbage cans.
Vendors are allowed to park in the parking lot. Parking space is provided for at $5 per day. Once you unload your vehicle or trailer, you will need to move your vehicle. We will notify each vendor where parking will be available. We want all parking spaces in the lot, and street parking to be available to the customers. Please understand that this is to HELP YOU attract customers. Handicap spaces are limited, please note in the comment section.
We DO NOT offer security for your belongings. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that are left on the property once you leave your booth. It is rare that anything is damaged, but there is always a possibility.
There is a registration fee plus there is a 10% commissionon all sales.
Vendor Fees:
6' x 2' table spot: $60
10' x 10' tent spot: $80
Food truck spot: $100
All INDOOR BOOTHS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE !!!! Vendors will be required to remain set up until the event ends.
All payments are done through our paypal account that will be provided immidiately after you submit this form.
All entries must by received by October 12th, although all spaces may be filled before that time. Each exhibitor must
have their own space; no two exhibitors may share the same space. If the show or your category is filled upon receipt of application,
the entry fee will be refunded. All commissions will be due and payable between 5PM & 6PM Sunday night.
If you’d like to participate in trick-or-treating, bring along a sign that says “Trick Or Treat!” to indicate to customers that you have candy to give away. Please bring a bowl or container as well.
Candy will be provided.
Optional: come dressed in your Halloween costume!
Highly encouraged: decorate your booth in the theme of Halloween and/or Autumn.
You will be contacted directly few minutes after submitting your vending form application, if your application has been approved. If you do not receive communication within 24hrs, please know that vendor spaces within your product/service category are currently full. Please indicate below whether you'd like to be added to the waitlist in case of cancellations.
