PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Submission of this form will be construed as a commitment to the hotel booking and your agreement to pay the deposit when requested.
Given the limited room availability, bookings will be considered on a first come/first served basis with additional priority applied to those that have a willingness to share a room.
Once your booking request has been confirmed by Alton CC, you will be requested to pay a deposit of either €107.80 per person (for 2 sharing) or €149.80 (single) to the club within 7 days of receiving your confirmation; we shall then perform a Euro/Pound conversion nearer the time in addition to providing instructions for method of payment. Delays in payment of the deposit could mean that your booking may be reallocated to another member if we are oversubscribed. You should note that the Alton CC is purely acting
as logistical organiser and collector of deposits, once the non-refundable deposit has been remitted to the hotel, Alton CC holds no further liability for money paid; disputes will need to be taken up with the hotel directly. If you must withdraw, you should contact the Alton CC Holiday Organiser ASAP, we may be able to suggest a replacement (no promises); this is also why it is imperative that you have valid Travel Insurance prior to your holiday booking.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR A GROUP
The payment of the deposit will be made at the time of booking and will correspond to 20% of the total amount of the stay.
The balance will be paid no later than the day of arrival.
Any cancellation more than 30 days before the stay will incur a fee of 20% of the total amount of the stay.
Any cancellation less than 30 days before the stay will incur a fee of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
Any cancellation less than 48 hours before the stay will incur costs representing 100% of the total amount of the stay.
