Please note the following before submitting the form:
1. Edits to text will be copied & pasted from what you have entered. We are unable to spell check / check grammer. Please ensure you have done this.
2. Not completing this form correctly will cause delays in it being completed.
3. We aim to complete all edits as quickly as possible though this can take up to 14 days, particularly for larger edits.
4. If you are providing your own images they need to be provided as JPG files for photos, PNG files for logos or graphics' or similar. Please do not submit your images on a Word document.
If you have further changes to make there will the option to complete further forms once you submit.
