Host Family

In this role you host the children of families in crisis in your home. You also play the critical role of building a relationship to the Referring Parent(s). Follow-up training with MVM is required.
Community Coach

In this role you provide coaching, encouragement, and/or mentoring for the referring parent(s). You also support the HF (Host Family) and make sure the children being hosted are safe and well. Follow-up training with MVM is required.
Care Community- Resources

In this role you wrap around the HF (Host Family) to make sure they are supported during a time of hosting. The support can come by the way of materials such as diapers, wipes, car seats, clothes, gift cards, etc.
Care Community- Babysitting

In this role you wrap around the HF (Host Family) to make sure they are supported during a time of hosting by offering yourself for Babysitting. Background checks will be required for this role.
Care Community- Meals

In this role you wrap around the HF (Host Family) to make sure they are supported during a time of hosting by preparing and delivery meals to the family.
Care Community- Transportation

In this role you wrap around the HF (Host Family) to make sure they are supported during a time of hosting by assisting the family with transportation needs (school, medical appointments, etc.). Background checks will be required for this role.
Prayer Team

Pray for the needs of MVM in your church. Rally others in your sphere of influence to do the same.
Mentor

In this role you walk alongside a school-aged child that is being hosted not only during the hosting, but after reunification as well. The goal is to meet with the child every 1-2 weeks and be a consistent and encouraging influencer in their life. Background checks will be required for this role.
Special Events

In this role you will assist the Ministry Lead Team in set-up & tear-down for special events (Trainings, Ministry "Baby Showers," etc.)
