Appointment BOOKINGS require a $60 non refundable deposit .
Services must be paid in full prior to start of the appointment in CASH.
There are no refunds for any services provided after services are rendered. The appointment holding fee is not refundable at any point.
SERVICE FEE of $60/hour (rounded up to 15 minute intervals) applies for any appointment with unsuccessful collection
STUD fees are seperate from reproductive services or fees.
Sucessful pregnancy is not guarenteed we are just providing reproductive services.
There is no guarentee on sperm quality or health.
Semen extender is recommended for improved semen quality in shipping.
Delivery with first morning drop off is recommended for any semen shipments.
Problems or concerns with the courier must be addressed with the courier directly
We do not guarentee arrival dates or times
Any overrage will not be refunded unless client has provided the shipping label and packing box personally
If there is a balance due after services are provided, client must pay balance same day via invoice
There are too many variable that play into sucessful breedings. We are just a third party to assist in reproductive services between a stud and bitch owner. We are not a veternarian and do not offer diagnostics or diagnosis. Even in the best circumstances there is no guarentee on a successful pregnacy. Due to this, client may not talk negatively through verbal, oral, or writen communication, private or public, about us. We are a small business and stand behind the services we provide to assist breeders achieve their dog breeding goals.
We reserve the right to deny service based on unsafe dog behavior and safety concerns
Any and all dog bites will be reported to authorities
We do not take any financial responsibility for injury, infection, or health concern for your dog's reprodutive health, before, during, or after services. We are not a vet and can not treat or pay for medical treatment. If this is a problem please book reproductive services with a licensed vet.
Any legal dispute must occur in SEMINOLE COUNTY
