VENDOR FORM for Clay and Glass Show and Festival Saturday, October 21 (9-6 p.m.) and Sunday, October 22, 2023 (11-5 p.m.)

Wychwood Barns, Toronto. IMPORTANT: If you are a clay and glass artist, please do not use this form to register.
FUSION's Annual Clay and Glass Show and Festival is celebrating its 25th year! In addition to the juried clay and glass artists, FUSION is looking for quality vendors to sell food and products at this year's show at Wychwood Barns.

Each year, FUSION has hundreds of buyers shop the Clay and Glass Show which also coincides with the popular Saturday Wychwood Barns Farmers Market.

Your table space will be inside the barns.

One table is 3 x 6 feet. You must supply your own tables and set up.

All vendors will be carefully selected to avoid duplications and ensure quality.

In additon, you will receive promotion and spotlights on FUSION's social media channels and website.

Your business will also be included on e-blasts to FUSION's large contact database.

I am interested in attending both Saturday and Sunday. You will be invoiced following acceptance. Please note that one table is 3 x 6 feet. You are welcome to set up by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 20 and attend the FUSION kick off party on Friday evening from 6-9 p.m. Please note that catered food will also be available at the party.

Two tables cost $400 plus HST for both daysOne table costs $250 plus HST for both days

As a food vendor, I understand that FUSION's Clay and Glass Show and Festival will disclose that my business is selling food to the public and all public health and government guidelines surrounding food safety will be strictly followed. I understand that a copy of my report and could be requested by Public Health. Failing to provide the proper valid certification upon request may result in a fine from Public Health against my business. FUSION will not be held responsible.
