Hesperia Days Parade has been a family tradition since 1948 & continues to be an event to look forward to each year! This year will be the 75th annual Hesperia Days Parade. The parade starts at 9 am and takes place on Main Street in Hesperia, CA, from I Avenue to E Ave.

AGREEMENT, WAIVER, AND RELEASE
I hereby attest that I am duly authorized representative of the above-named organization, authorized to act on their behalf, that I have carefully read the description of program(s) for which we are registering, and in consideration for being permitted by Rock’n Our Disabilities Foundation, City of Hesperia, and Hesperia Recreation & Park District to participate in the (above) activity, we hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which we may have, or which may hereafter accrue to us, as a result of participation in said activity. This release is intended to discharge in advance the Rock’n Our Disabilities Foundation, the City of Hesperia, and Hesperia Recreation & Park District, and their officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with our participation in said activity, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above. It is understood that this activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents and knowing those risks we hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on our heirs and assigns. We agree to indemnify and to hold the above persons or entities free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, costs, or expense which they may incur as the result of any death, injury, or property damage that we may sustain while participating in said activity.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT, WAIVER, AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE HESPERIA CENTENNIAL LIONS CLUB, THE CITY OF HESPERIA, AND HESPERIA RECREATION & PARKS DISTRICT, AND I SIGN IT OF MY FREE WILL.
