READ THIS BEFORE SCHEDULING...

Once a session is full, all appointments are taken and rescheduling is difficult, sometimes even impossible. Please check your work schedule, choose your appointments carefully, and mark your calendar.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Select a session to open the calendars.

2. Select the the date of your choice.

3. Select a time.

4. Complete these steps for both check-in AND checkout.

NOTE: If you're scheduling 2 or more dogs and choose a 6:00pm checkout (pick-up) time, your appointment will actually be at 5:30pm to allow for a 3 hour lesson.

Registration is subject to verification by CK9 and may be declined for any reason. If declined, you will receive a refund. We'll send you an email when all is confirmed!*

Credit processing fees that we pay to credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, etc. are nonrefundable when processing refunds. This amount will be deducted from all refunds.*

A deposit of 1/3 of the total cost is required to hold your reservation. This is refundable only if you cancel at least 10 days before training starts - which might be now if it's already less than 10 days away. If you choose to pay more now, any additional amount would be refunded, even if you cancel late. Once training starts, the full training cost is nonrefundable as detailed in the Contract.*

The deposit is due within 48 hours. If not received in a timely manner, your spot may be forfeited. For our purposes, business days are Tuesday-Saturday. We're closed Sunday and Monday.*
