Thank you for inviting us to your school! Please complete this form and submit at least 2 weeks before your scheduled visit.
**Please be aware that we now have a fee of $1 per student for our presentations. While we still encourage this to be a household donation, we request that the school office cover any shortfall if student collections are not conducted. We also greatly appreciate pet food drives, as the need in our community continues to grow.
· Please allow 45 minutes for each presentation
· Max of 4 presentations per day
· Up to two classes (approx. 35 students) per group – keeping similar grades together ensures the best level of learning
· One central location (such as a library) is required.
We may ask for changes to be made if needed. Thank you for keeping the health of our family dogs in mind when creating the schedule!
