By signing, I (we) understand that SPMTC and it's organziers will not provide tents, tables, chairs, electricity, etc., for your participation. You agree to bring your own supplies and equipment. Also, by signing, you agree to provide your own event insurance coverage, if needed, understand that you are not covered under organizers event liability insurance and hold harmless all organizers, vendors, City of Tucson, Tucson Police Department, Kent's Heart & Hope Foundation and all entities of volunteers, staff and/or contract personnel for any damage or incidence that you, your product or equipment may experience. You agree that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
