If you live in the city and county of Denver, the city requires you to obtain a permit before your system can be monitored. Please follow the link below to obtain one and add to this form

Denver Alarm Permit
If you live in Douglas County Xcite Audiovisuals is required to hold a False Alarm Reduction Permit for your address. The initial permit fee is $40 with and annual fee of $40 thereafter at the beginning of each year. Xcite Audiovisuals will send you a bill for the permit fee whenever it renews. If you are over the age of 65 these fees will be waived.

Customer acknowledges they have read and understood all terms and conditions including those contained on the link on this document and Incorporated by reference herein. These terms and conditions include a disclaimer of warranty in section 2 a $1,000 limitation of liability and section 5, a list of customers duties in section 6, transmission system in section 9, an arbitration clause in section 14, and an authorization to obtain a consumer credit report in section 19. Customer authorizes payment of all amounts due to company by the method specified above. Customer also acknowledges being orally informed of customers right to cancel at the time of execution of this agreement.

You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within 3 business days from the above date. If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, in any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within 10 business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be canceled. If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any Goods delivered to you under this contract or sale, or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller's expense and risk. If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and failed to do so, then you remain liable for the performance of all obligations under the contract.
