To secure your appointment, I require a 25% non refundable deposit that goes towards your service.
RE-DOS
Clients are allotted one week to request any adjustments to their hairstyle. After this period, any further changes will be subject to a fee.
RESCHEDULING:
I get it, 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴 & things come up unexpectedly all the time.
But I also hope that my clients understand that that my time is precious.
If a reschedule is made less than 48 hours, I will keep your deposit and a NEW deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment.
CANCELLATIONS: For outright cancellations, I will keep your deposit.
***If you cancel in less than 24 hours of your appointment, your card will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file.***
NO CALL NO SHOWS: will be charged 100% of service, and will not be rebooked again.
