Status certificates (Section 184 – Strata Information Certificates) are issued consistent with Section 184 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 NSW. The fees are prescribed by the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016, Schedule 4. Please note that our prices include GST.
