Admin + Automation
- File, organize, and make accessible all documentation of ONE|Ecosystem.
- Automate as much as possible in order to add efficiency to ONE|Ecosystem.
Culture + Commons
- Ensure effective protocols and pathways to participate in Governance.
- Ensure a coherent organizational culture through Culture Keepers.
- Ensure equitable access to resources in the ONE|Ecosystem.
Community Engagement

Document what we are up to and craft it into a digestible format, so we can communicate to the ONE|Boulder audience who we are, what we are doing, where we are going, and how they can get involved.
Ecosystem Planning + Development
- Create plans that land ONE|Ecosystem and its projects in ways that are grounded, clear, and consistent.
- Research the market and make proposals to further develop the business ecosystem model.
Events + Trainings
- Oversee all events and trainings that are offered through the ecosystem and to the community.
Facilitation + Resonance Restoration
- Support Spaceholders in achieving their desired outcomes during a scheduled session using various facilitation techniques.
- Address and resolve upset within ONE|Ecosystem using the Resonance Restoration Process.
- Offer professional facilitation & mediation services to outside individuals and organizations.
Finance + Law
- Track the financial flows of ONE|Ecosystem.
- Ensure the effective integration of ONE|Ecosystem’s functions into currently existing legal and financial systems.
Human Resources (HR)
- Onboard interested persons into what we are up to.
- Support the growth and development of all contributors and ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to contribute effectively.
Strategic Relationships
- Connect with people who support what we are up to and cultivate mutual aid relationships with them.
Technology + ONE|App
- To develop ONE|App and all technology in the ecosystem.
