Hello and Welcome, All new guests start working with me here with a digital consultation form. This allows me to connect with you and learn about what your hair goals might be so that i can best determine if I am the right fit for your desires as well as Ensure that your initial appointment time is booked properly . Please complete the form in full and I will respond either Via Email , Text or Phone call within 48 hours of your request during my usual work week which is Monday Tues Thurs Friday.
Please note :

Current available time frames are for *New Hair Color or Color/Cut Combo* appointment's only.

* All new "Haircut Only" request are on hold until further notice. *

In Addition all *first time visit* appointment's are waitlisted or will only be booked up to two weeks in advance based on Cancellations/availability .

These appointments usually take place late morning & early afternoon on weekdays only & can last up to 3 hours.

Please take this schedule into consideration before moving forward with your requests as I do not work weekends or evenings and it is important for you to know what your current work/life schedule looks like in conjunction with what I am able to offer you .

This is especially important with consideration of what booking future on going hair Maintenance appoinents might look like for you and whether or not you will be able to maintain a late morning early afternoon appointment schedule.

On going haircut only appointments are about an hour & haircut/color appointments are between 2 to 3 hours.

subtle color shifts, natural lived-in dimensional color

Color blocking

foiling and foliage which is similar to balayage only with more control of color for curly hair.

All over Bold Rich red tones

And or color paneling.

Conditioning treatments and olaplex treatment.

And of course cutting hair and educating my clientele.

I understand i am submitting an appointment request Only as this is not a guarantee of service.

I understand that an appointment will only be booked after I receive a phone call to follow up with any questions I might have and to discuss the plan of service & book the appointment with a Deposit.

* For all first time appointments a credit card will be placed on file as well as a 25% non-refundable deposit of total service reserved will be taken at time of booking in order to hold the appointment time. Deposit will then transfer over towards payment of service once services are rendered.

* By submitting this form I acknowledge that I have reviewed the cancellation policy and understand that a 48 hour cancellation notice is required in order to avoid any further charges taken for late notice cancellation.

All cancellations made prior to 48 hours notice will not incur any further charges.

In the event I do need to cancel or reschedule my appointment with less than 48 hours notice I understand there may be an additional charge to my credit card on file of 25% to 75% total reserve service amount and not to exceed 100% of the total reserved service amount based on time of notice.

** Further more I understand Failure to Show up to my appointment will result in a 75% charge of the reserved service amount in addition to the original non refundable 25% deposit placed Not to exceed 100% cost of service reserved.
