  • Radio Frequency Remote Troubleshooting Tips

  • To get your remote working again, please do the following:

    1. Replace your batteries with brand new ones. Make sure the expiration date is far into the future!

    2. Once you've changed the batteries, press any button to see if the remote is lighting up. 

    3. If the remote is lighting up but the bed is not moving, you may need to pair your remote to the bed. Watch the videos below to see how!

  • Bluetooth Remote Troubleshooting Tips
