Thank you so much for volunteering to help with the Cherokee Elementary Book Fair!
Please fill out the following form with your contact and scheduling information. I will email you with your shift information once the schedule is made up.
Please make sure you have filled out Chippewa Valley School's Volunteer Form CRC at least 2 weeks before the book fair as it will take that long to process the background check. When you are finished filling out this form you will be directed to the District Volunteer form. If you have not already done so for this school year please fill it out and submit.
If you cannot make a whole shift as listed just let me know what time works for you. If you would like to volunteer for the day your child is scheduled for book fair the schedule is below.
