Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue, Inc. has not made and does not make any express or implied warranty or representation of any kind whatsoever with respect to the above described animal, including but not limited to merchantability, condition or fitness for a particular purpose, and Grantee accepts said animal “AS IS AND WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.” Notwithstanding the foregoing, Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue,Inc. warrants limited title to the above described animal and shall execute any such furtherassurances thereof as may be requisite. Ownership does not release and shall never release Grantee from the full adoption contract prior to this deed for the full life of the animal. The signed contract remains full in place in full for the life of the adopted horse. Heart of Phoenix retains lifelong first right of refusal of the horse, as laid out in the adoption contract.
