    BENEFITS OF ACCELERATION for NONPROFITS

Set-aside time.  THRIVE: An accelerator for social good, is an intentional space and time for a team of board and staff to work on a specific organizational challenge in order to help accelerate their impact and move the mission forward.
Curated content and exercises.  Each session incorporates content and exercises to help teams address a specific challenge within their organization. Sessions contain expertise from nonprofit acceration, and include concept introduction, breakout sessions, follow up assignments, and regrouping to share progress and network.
Team-driven, mentor-guided group work.  Teams will have a group of mentors of various skills available to them each week to offer an outside perspective and function as a guide and partner in working through each session’s content and exercises and may offer useful connections.
Cross-sector connections.  By bringing a wide variety of groups into one space, each group benefits from natural collisions and collaborations that emerge by interacting with other teams.

  • TESTIMONIALS

“I really liked being exposed to varied topics that will help us improve our programs and take our organization to the next level.”

"It forced us to set aside time to look at being intentional about steps forward. It was a great way to introduce new board members to our work. The work provided clarity for us to go forward in addressing the problem we came to solve.”

"I liked coming in thinking that we knew what we thought our problem was....only to come out at the end with a whole new clarity about the real core issues we had not thought of.”
