Atlanta Texas Spay Neuter Project is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that was organized to spay and neuter dogs and cats for low-income families in the immediate Tri-State area of Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana.

The adoption fees for these puppies, kittens, dogs and cats fund our spay program as well as the continued rescue of abandoned and stray animals in the immediate tri-state area.

This questionnaire is designed to help Atlanta Texas Area Spay Neuter Project and yourself determine if a specific dog is the right one for you and your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. Atlanta Texas Area Spay Neuter Project reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!

Potty training can take time. Your puppy needs to be on a regular meal schedule, walked regularly and often. If you have never potty trained before have you researched how to do it and if you have is everyone in your family prepared to do it again?
