Please read all of the below & follow instructions carefully to ensure your appointment request is received. Once your form has been submitted, I will call you to discuss appointment dates. I do not discuss appointment dates over email.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE SUBMITTING:
- Rate is $120/hour
- You must leave a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 - $100 deposit via Zelle or Cash when booking your appointment. This will come off the final price of your tattoo. If you cancel, no-show or reschedule your appointment with less than a weeks notice, your deposit will not be refunded.
- Full day appointments receive priority booking. These sessions allow me to put all my time, attention and focus into just 1 client per day.
- Please be aware, tattoos take 2 weeks to heal. During this time, you should not plan to be in the sun or submurged in water.
- Please be aware of our shop policies on our FAQ page prior to booking an appointment.
