The company will receive your name through the platform and will be expecting you as per the schedule noted in the job.

You must manage your own brand and image by ensuring you present yourself at the highest standards: be on-time, ask questions, communicate, dress appropriately for the job. Your schedule is your responsibility: stay organized, and keep your promises. It is your responsibility to verify your personal schedule and prior commitments and ensuring you are not already booked before taking a job on the app. Taking a job on the app means that no one else will be able to take that spot: it becomes reserved for you. Please ensure you give others a chance at an income if you are not certain you will be able to go to the job.

Cancellation policySomething important came up and you cannot make the job anymore? It happens. You can cancel a job through the app (click top right hand corner in the job). This will open up the shift again to allow other members to take it. Please do so at least 24 hours prior to the job. Any emergency cancellations will require a reason in writing through LiveChat in the app.
I will always show up to a job I've confirmed. If I cannot, I will cancel as soon as I can and communicate the reason.

The hours on the app are estimates. Signing-in and signing out of a job is your responsibility (paper timesheets or online reporting)The jobs will have varying hourly rates, based on the choosing of the company posting. The hours listed are also estimated. Your pay will be based on confirmed hours. Make sure the company knows you are there, and when you are leaving. Follow the instructions provided in the app and by the company on-site.

By signing this contract, you confirm that you have read and understand all of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. We know that you will like our services and the experience when using the AUKAZI app. We want you to fully understand all of the terms of the contract before you commit to it. We are a community built on the loyalty, respect and hard work of our members.
