All booths include Pipe & Drape, sign with exhibitor/sponsor name, plastic table covering, cloth skirting, and 2 chairs.

Lodge: 10X6 booth with 6 ft table. The bulk of our exhibitors will be in this area

Lodge premium placement: 10X4 booth with 6 ft table.

Please keep in mind, that although conference sponsors have priority for workshop placement, the number of workshops presented by an individual Sponsoring Exhibitor may be limited due to space, topic and availability.

Booth Staff Badges:

Each sponsor will be provided up to four passes for associates who are assisting in your booth. Please provide those names in the space below.

Booth Staff Names

1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the sponsorship level is required to secure your sponsorship.

2. The balance owed is to be paid in full 30 days after approval of the sponsorship unless permission has been given to pay in the following business year, in which case the balance is owed within the first week of the new business year.

3. Cancellation

Full refund of balance given, less a $200 admin fee if cancelled by Nov 1st

75% refund of balance given, less a $250 admin fee if cancelled by Dec 1st

50% refund of balance given, less a $300 admin fee if cancelled by Jan 1st

25% refund of balance given, less a $350 admin fee if cancelled by Feb 1st

No refunds after Feb 1st.

4. The organizer retains the right to refuse to lease space to any individual, group or company that is not in harmony with the principles and objectives of NW MinCon. This decision is at the discretion of the NW MinCon Board.
