  • Hancock Prospecting Australia Day 2026 - Expression of Interest

  • City of Perth presents the Hancock Prospecting Australia Day celebrations on Langley Park on Monday 26 January 2026.

    It is expected over 80,000 visitors will watch the fireworks and drone show from Langley Park, with a huge international food market for everyone on the foreshore.  

    Monday 26 January 2026 - 3pm to 9pm

     This is an expression of interest form only and does not guarantee a place at the Australia Day celebration.

    Stallholders will only be notified by email if their submission has been accepted for the upcoming season. Fields marked with an asterix (*) are mandatory.

    Please ensure you read, understand and accept the "terms & conditions" to trade in the link at the end of this form before applying for this event.

    Fees

    All Vendors Stalls Marquees or Vehicles = $725 + GST

    ALL VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN GENERATORS AND ADDITIONAL REFRIDGERATION IF REQUIRED

  • If you do not have a website or social media presence, please provide images of your product via email markets@kinnandco.com Please include branding / logos. This information will be used in the selection process and promotion of the markets.
     



  • Food & Beverage Stallholders

    All food & beverage vendors are required to supply documentation under the public health act and City of Perth bylaws for food compliances with all safety regulations concerning the preparation, storage, display and sale of food and beverages. If you intend to sell food and/or drinks, you must submit a "Temporary Food Vendor Permit" to the City of Perth.

  • A copy of your Food Act 2008 Certificate of Registration and other permits maybe required. Successful applicants will be advised of these requirements in due course.

  • Insurance

    All stallholders are required to provide a current certificate of a minimum $10 million Public Liability insurance. It is highly recommended that all stallholders have insurance for the products, especially if selling food.
